Connect read-only

Create a read-only API token for Vercel, Heroku, or Cloudflare, an AWS ReadOnlyAccess role, or a Firebase/GCP Viewer service account. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never used to change anything.

Assessment report

We inventory your projects, dynos, functions, domains, and add-ons, then produce a migration plan with monthly cost projections and risk notes.

Fixed-fee migration

We build the target environment in parallel, with zero downtime on your current stack, as Terraform in a new GitHub or GitLab repo with state in Terraform Cloud.

Keep the platform

After cutover, the dashboard keeps working: drift visibility, IaC standards enforcement, and Terraform Cloud workspace management. You own the repo either way.
